First you will need to purchase one of Musicinfo's distribution services from our webstore: https://musicinfo.io/music-distribution. This will give you access to the Musicinfo Distribution Platform where you will be able to upload your music, and create your album or single, and include all the meta data, artwork, lyrics and copyright information required for distribution to China. You will also be able to generate ISRC and UPC codes for your tracks and album (release) if you don't already have them.
