I just purchased services from your website...what do I do next?

After you purchase a service (the first time) , you should receive 3 emails from us.

Please check your bulk, spam and promotion emails folders.

1) Confirmation of your purchase

2) An email with login Credentials to login to the webstore (musicinfo.io)

3) An email with an automated password to login to the distribution platform https://distribute.musicinfo.io/

Your username will be your email address for both websites and should be entered exactly as you entered it when you created your profile, for our system is case sensitive. If you do not remember how your email was entered, you an email us directly at support@musicinfo.zohodesk.eu .

Please keep in mind that the link and login to our webstore is different from our Distribution platform.
The distribution platform is where you use the services you have purchased (distribution or promotion).

If you are still unable to login to the distribution platform to upload your music, please click the forgot password button.
