I want to use your distribution services, but I don't know if I have music on Chinese streaming services...What should I do?
Most major Western platforms also distribute to some Chinese platforms.
If you do have music on on Chinese platforms, and you are looking to
distribute the same music with us, you will first need to do one or both of the following:
1. Contact your current or previous distributor and ask about music distribution to Chinese Streaming Services.
We can distribute your music even if your music is on Tencent (TME): QQ Music, Kuwo and Kugou and/or Netease.
If your current distributor does distribute music to Chinese platforms and you want to distribute through us, you will have to have to request to have your music removed from China as a region of distribution with your current distributor, with the exception of Tencent and Netease.
Once
we are notified via email that your distributor has removed China as an
area of distribution, you can then distribute the same release(s) to Chinese
platforms through Musicinfo.
