I would like to upgrade my account. How do I do it?
If you are looking to upgrade your account, please submit a ticket with a message letting us know what plan you would like to upgrade to.
If you upgrade to a larger distribution package, you will only have to pay the difference in pricing between the two services (for example: upgrading from star to bronze will be 30 Euros [37 USD])
Once we are notified, we will send you a code to use to purchase the package of your choice with the given code and you can upgrade your membership. Note: Please keep in mind that once your membership is upgraded, your yearly fee charge will change to the yearly fee of your newly upgraded plan.
